Promotion/Relegation Playoffs

November 15th:
Teikyo Heisei University  2 - 0  Kanto Gakuen University
Chiba University  2 - 3  Tokyo Women's College of Physical Education
Ryutsu Keizai University  2 - 5  Jumonji University

Teikyo Heisei University are promoted to Division 1. Kanto Gakuen University are relegated to Division 2.

 The Tokyo Women's College of Physical Education retain their place in Divison 2.

Jumonji University retain their place in Divison 2.
